勉強会ジャムとは？
初めてのゲームエンジンやツールにトライする、普段作らないジャンルのゲームを作る、アナログゲームを始めて作るなど、新しいことにチャレンジするジャムです。まだ何もわからないことにチャレンジをする方を歓迎します。この勉強会ジャムは、勉強に使った教材やどのようにチャレンジをしたのかを共有してください。
11月4日 0:00 から 12月15日 12:00 の間で開催します。ランキングはありません。チュートリアルをそのまま作ったり、それをちょっとだけ改造することでもOKです。使用したチュートリアルやどのように勉強をしたのかをお尋ねします。
ルール
- 他者を傷つける行為、偏見、人種差別、同性愛嫌悪、トランスフォビア、障害者差別などを禁止します。
- センシティブなコンテンツについては警告文を付けるなど最善を尽くしてください。不明な場合はご相談ください。
- このゲームジャムの期間内に作成したゲームを投稿してください。そのジャム以前に作成されたゲームを提出された場合は失格とします。
- 本ゲームジャムでは、生成AIによるアート、コーディング、文章などについての提出は一切認められません。
- 提出されたゲームに対して建設的なフィードバックやアドバイスは奨励されますが、ゲームが洗練されていないことやつまらないなどということで批判することはおやめください。本ジャムは初めて何かにチャレンジすることを目的としていることをご理解お願いします。
- 提出するゲームの言語は問いませんが、主催者は英語と日本語しか読めません。
- 使用したチュートリアル、アセット、その他のリソースについては適切なクレジットをご記載ください。
- デジタルゲームでもアナログゲームでもOKです。創造性を開花させましょう。
- 勉強会ジャムなので、あなたが何を学んだのかを教えてください。ゲームを投稿する際には、試した内容やプロセス全体についての感想、トライしたい別の方法や次の目標を共有しても問題ない範囲で書いてください。
- その他、わからないことがあればお問い合わせください。メールでもDiscordでも構いません。

About the Study Buddy Jam
Are you interested in learning a new game engine or tool? Do you always make RPGs but want to try making an FPS? Do you usually make digital games but always wanted to make your own TRPG module? Have you never made a game before and don't know where to even begin? Then this is the jam for you! The Study Buddy Jam is all about learning something new, sharing resources with others, and gaining the confidence to step out of your comfort zone!
The jam will run from November 4 0:00 to December 15 12:00 (UTC +9). This is an unranked jam and completely judgment-free. You are welcome (encouraged, even!) to download a tutorial just to learn how it works, and add your own personal touches. We also ask that all participants link to any tutorials or resources they used, and write about the things they learned during this process.
Rules
- No hate, bigotry, racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, etc etc, the usual yadda yadda. We reserve the right to remove any entries that we deem inappropriate.
- Please mark any sensitive content with the appropriate content warnings in the description of the game. Use your best judgment, and feel free to ask us if you are unsure.
- Please only submit works that you started and worked on during this jam. Games that were created prior to the start of the jam will be disqualified.
- Please do not use any artwork, coding, writing, etc that you do not have the rights to use. This includes AI-generated materials since these models were trained using the works of artists and coders whose permission may not have been granted.
- Giving constructive feedback and advice to your fellow jammers is encouraged and welcome, but please refrain from criticizing games for being (for example) unpolished or janky. Please keep in mind that this is a jam where everyone is trying something new for the first time.
- The jam is open to all languages, though please be aware that the organizers can only read English and Japanese.
- We encourage you to use tutorials, assets, and other resources while making your game. Please provide links and proper credits in the description of your game.
- Digital and analog games are both accepted! Let your creativity run wild!
- As this is a Study Buddy jam, we want to know what you learned! When submitting your game, please tell us what it is that you tried out, your feelings on the whole process, anything you would do differently, etc. There is no requirement for length or anything, just write as much as you feel comfortable sharing!
